KaNeKo-HanNoSuKe is located in Nihombashi area; the heart of Tokyo. Always queuing, I also queued, during 40minutes tonight. They have only one main menu all day long. Just a ‘TenDon’ is it. And have only one side dish, miso-soup. That’s everything. 
The secret of the queuing is their quality and price. The TenDon has such a nice stuffs below; AnaGo (whole conger eel), 2 prawns, squid cubes, runny egg, small green pepper and seaweed.
